HOW WE DELIVER YOUR SHIPMENT

The products you ordered will be delivered by courier, currier office or automated machines. We are currently working with Econt and Speedy.

SHIPPING TIME

Deliveries are managed by Speedy and Econt. Orders placed by 3:00 PM on working days are delivered within 1-2 working days or as specified in the General Terms of Use. For certain smaller settlements it is possible for the delivery to be delayed within 1-2 days.
Orders accepted on Friday until 15:00 can be received on Saturday.
Orders accepted on Saturday or Sunday are considered as accepted on Monday, so you will receive them on Tuesday.

Orders Over 79.90 BGN: FREE
*Cash on delivery (COD) fee: 0.99 BGN

Delivery in preferred time slots: BGN 1.50 on top of the standard delivery and BGN 2.50 for free delivery.

 

The minimum order value from Kala.bg is 15.00 BGN.
