RETURN

You can return the products purchased from us within 14 days from the date of purchase under the following conditions:

• The products must be in their original packaging.
• There must be no signs of use, damage, or staining.
• You must include the original invoice or order document with which you received the products (you will receive an accompanying document with your order - a receipt if paying on delivery or an invoice upon request).
• The return shipping costs are at your expense.

REFUND

You can exchange the products for others or request a refund if you do not wish to exchange them. We refund the value of the products excluding the delivery cost. Any amounts paid via Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer or Card will be refunded only via bank transfer to your personal bank account within 14 days from the date you informed us of your order cancellation.
