I. SUBJECT

Art. 1. These general terms and conditions are intended to regulate the relationships between "ORIENT IMPORT BULGARIA EOOD," Krumovgrad, Al. Stamboliyski St. No. 6A, entrance B, floor 2, hereinafter referred to as "THE SUPPLIER," and clients, hereinafter referred to as "USERS," of the online store www.kala.bg, hereinafter referred to as "kala.bg."

II. SUPPLIER INFORMATION

Art. 2. Information pursuant to the Electronic Commerce Act and the Consumer Protection Act:

III. FEATURES OF KALA.BG

Art. 3. The online store is available at www.kala.bg, allowing Users to enter into purchase-sale and delivery agreements for goods offered by kala.bg, including the following:

  1. Register and create a profile to browse kala.bg and use additional informational services.
  2. Make electronic statements regarding the conclusion or performance of contracts with kala.bg via its online interface.
  3. Enter into purchase-sale and delivery agreements for goods offered by kala.bg.
  4. Make payments for contracts concluded with kala.bg using supported payment methods.
  5. Receive information about new products offered by kala.bg.
  6. View product details, characteristics, prices, and delivery terms.
  7. Be informed about their rights as per the law, mainly through the interface of kala.bg's website.
  8. Exercise the right to withdraw from distance contracts for goods offered by the Supplier, where applicable.

Art. 4. The Supplier delivers goods and ensures User rights as stipulated by law, adhering to good faith, customary practices, consumer or commercial law criteria, and conditions.

Art. 5.
(1) Users enter into purchase-sale agreements for goods offered by kala.bg via the Supplier’s online interface or other remote communication means.
(2) Under the agreement, the Supplier commits to deliver and transfer ownership of goods specified by the User through the interface.
(3) Users pay the Supplier for the delivered goods per the conditions set on kala.bg and these general terms. The price is as announced on the kala.bg website.
(4) The Supplier delivers goods within specified timelines and conditions outlined on the online store's page and these terms.
(5) Delivery costs are calculated separately from the product price.

Art. 6.
(1) Users and the Supplier agree that all statements related to purchase-sale agreements can be made electronically, per the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act and Article 11 of the Electronic Commerce Act.
(2) It is presumed that electronic statements made on the site are made by the individuals identified in the User’s registration data when they use their username and password.

IV. USAGE OF KALA.BG

Art. 7.
(1) To use kala.bg for purchase-sale agreements, Users must enter a username and password for remote access, where required.
(2) Username and password are set by the User through electronic registration on the Supplier's website.
(3) By submitting their details and clicking "Yes, I accept" or "Register," Users confirm they are aware of these terms, agree with their content, and will comply unconditionally.
(4) The Supplier confirms the registration by sending an email with activation details to the User’s provided email address. Contractual relations are established upon activation confirmation.
(5) Users are obliged to provide accurate and current data during registration and update it if changes occur.
(6) To fully utilize the Supplier's e-store functionality, Users must register. The Supplier is not responsible if the User cannot access full functionality due to lack of registration.
(7) These terms can also be accepted without registration via explicit consent, including through the kala.bg website.

Art. 8.
(1) The primary contact email provided during registration or subsequently is deemed the "Main Contact Email." Users may change this email, following a confirmation process.
(2) Confirmation of email changes involves Supplier notifications sent to the new email.
(3) The Supplier informs Users about completed changes via their previous email address before making the change.
(4) The Supplier is not responsible for unauthorized email changes by Users.

V. TECHNICAL STEPS FOR ENTERING INTO A PURCHASE AGREEMENT

Art. 9.
(1) Users primarily use the Supplier’s online interface to enter purchase agreements for goods offered on kala.bg.
(2) Contracts are concluded in Bulgarian.
(3) The contract consists of these terms and conditions, accessible on kala.bg.
(4) The party to the contract is the User, per the registration data.
(5) The Supplier provides tools to identify and correct errors before finalizing the contract.
(6) The contract is concluded upon User registration or explicit acceptance of the terms on the Supplier's site.

Art. 10.
(1) Users enter the contract via the following procedure:

  • Registering or ordering without registration.
  • Logging into kala.bg with their credentials.
  • Selecting goods and adding them to a purchase list.
  • Providing delivery information.
  • Choosing payment methods.
  • Confirming the order.

(2) Contracts can also be entered into without registration via relevant e-store functionalities.

VI. SUPPLIER’S OBLIGATIONS AND USER PROTECTION

Art. 11. This section applies to Users considered consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, Electronic Commerce Act, or Directive 2011/83/EU.

Art. 12.
(1) The main characteristics of goods are listed in their profiles on kala.bg.
(2) Prices include all applicable taxes and are displayed in each product profile.
(3) Shipping costs not included in product prices are provided before concluding the contract.
(4) Payment, delivery, and contract execution methods are outlined in these terms and on the Supplier’s website.
